designs
Complimentary colour variations of existing designs available to suit all wedding themes.
Custom design - free with orders over 70 invites, less than 70 invites - a fee of $250 applies.
Photography/stock image use extra on all designs as required.
Partial custom designs are available for minor changes to existing designs - please enquire for pricing if you are interested in this service.
Extras also available - ie: order of service booklet covers, menus etc. Prices on application.
supplied text
All text, including invitation wording, guest names and addresses, must be supplied in typed format (preferably a computer generated file eg. word document).
No handwritten documents will be accepted.
Whilst every measure will be made to ensure accuracy of all text, Deezyn will accept no responsibility for incorrectly produced artwork.
It is the clients responsibility to proof read any/all text and to make any necessary corrections before they go to print.
The client will need to sign approval of all work prior to production.
estimates of production
The client will receive a written quote before a job commences.
If additional work is required after this quote has been issued, additional charges may apply. However, the client will be notified of any/all changes prior to commencement. These charges will apply if the client requests excessive changes or additional mockups/samples.
payment
An upfront design fee is required by Deezyn upon commencement of any job. This cost entitles the client to a proof and mock-up of their design with all text, images and chosen colours in place. To confirm the order the client must sign their approval and pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount due.
The balance of the account is due prior to final delivery.
Deezyn accepts cash, cheque and direct deposit payments. Payments are non-refundable.
If the client does not finalise an account within 10 days, Deezyn shall be entitled to charge the client -
- a late fee of $5.00 and/or
- an accounting fee of $15.00 per month for any outstanding fees.
cancellation
If for any reason, the project is cancelled, Deezyn shall be compensated fully for all work completed to date.
production
Orders will take approx. 15-20 working days from date of final sign-off to completion. The guest list must be finalised before production can commence.
copyright
All designs, images and intellectual property are the property of Deezyn and must not be reproduced under any circumstances without the written approval of Deanne Deguara. To do so is in breach of copyright.
promotional usage
Deezyn reserves the right to use images/designs for promotional purposes where necessary. If the client does not wish their project to be thus used, they must notify Deezyn in writing. Custom designs will automatically be added to the range of standard designs after initial use.
